Question: If walk 3 miles a day, !?
Can i expect to lose weight!? I am eating right!. I consume about 1500 calories a day!. I want to drop like 3 pounds a week!. Or do i need to walk some more!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

3 miles a day is pretty good!. You do lose weight if you do intense walking- and 3 miles in 45 mins is pretty good as well ESPECIALLY as a incline!. One thing I like to do it carry like 3 pound weights, it really makes it a lot harder!. I don't think you are going to lose 3 pounds in a week- because that is really hard- but I think you will see the pounds come off pretty quickly!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep it up and you'll definitely lose weight, but maybe not 3 pounds a week!. That's a lot to lose consistently! Walking four miles an hour (which is a fast clip and what it sounds like you're doing) burns approx!. 500 calories (depending on age, sex, lean muscle mass, etc!.) Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to get at least 1600-1800 calories a day or your body will go into starvation mode!. Walking will do your body good but to get maximum advantage you need to either run or walk at an incline!. Walking only gets you about 70 calories per 10 minutes!Www@Answer-Health@Com
