Question: Trying to gain weight, already eat alot!. what are some foods that i can eat to help!?
i eat three to four times a day and its not a little either, but i think im eating the wrong foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you do this, be sure to increase the protein in your diet!. Also note that you'll be burning more calories, so increase what you eat to counter this!. I also recommend a good multivitamin, regardless of whether you choose to exercise or not!.
