Will this help me lose weight....?!


Question: Will this help me lose weight!.!.!.!.!?
Well,i decided to go 4 a Up Day Down Day diet which suggests u should eat 25% calories u normally consume alternate days & shouldn't b bothered about calorie intake for rest of the days!.So i made a diet plan


4 those days when i'm on diet:
Breakfast:A glass of skimmed milk with Complan(nutritional booster)
B/w breakfast & Lunch:300ml of orange flavoured drink!./a Banana
Lunch:a bowl full of Cornflakes+milk+sugar
dinner:2 bowl of cooked chickpea/kidney beans
snacks:digestive biscuits

Diet 4 rest of the days
breakfast:milk+complan
b/w breakfast & lunch:2-3 slices of bread with butter & jam
lunch:milk & cornflakes
i like dishes cooked in oil so i'll prefer some of them,for rest of the day & some fruits!.
I'm 16 ,5ft in height & weigh 51kg(112!.2pounds)
is this diet plan gonna help me!?will I lose weight!?If yes how much!?
Do u hav any suggestions 2 improvise this diet plan!?

Okay!.!.!.!. I think that you need to keep your protein!. The only thing thats got your protein on that list is the kidney beans!. You can actually lower your metabolism by not having enough protein!. Try eating tuna!. There are alot of salads you can make with tuna!. But eat fish and meat!. Your body REALLY needs it!
But girl you're not fat!. I would love to weigh 112 pounds!.
I'm 5'9 and 149 pounds!.

This will help you in the short-term, but you'll put the pounds right back on as soon as you stop this program!. You need to change your eating and exercise habits on a DAILY basis in order to lose weight and keep it off!. Trust me, any program like this will help you lose the weight, but if you don't stay on it for the rest of your life, it will only be a temporary fix!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Absolutely!.
Don't do it!.

This is called a "fad diet!." Fad diets don't work because they are so restrictive that when you stop them, you'll have to start eating normally again, and you gain weight!.

Ask yourself this question: why do humans eat so much!?
The answer is because we have high metabolisms to fuel our warm blood!. If we could live off of 25% of our daily intake, we'd eat 25% of our daily intake instead!. Every day, you need to replenish those nutrients!.!.!.instead, every other day you are denying your body!. Your body needs to take in protein to repair its cells, which is a 24-hour-a-day job!. On the days you aren't eating as much, you aren't taking in that necessary protein, and your body will suffer!.

This is even more true if you're exercising, which you should be doing!.

Let's say that you need to refill your car with gas every week, so that's what you do!. However, every other time you go, you only fill up your tank 1/4 of the way!. Do you think that it'll make it the whole week!? Of course not, you need four times as much fuel for the week! So why do you think that depriving your body of its fuel means there won't be any negative repercussions!?

I also like how part of your diet is fried food!. Do you honestly think that starving yourself one day and then eating junk food the next day is a good plan!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
