walking - if a person is 100 lbs overweight running can be dangerous!.
When you lose 20-30 pounds, switch to running/jogging!. Use power
shower to massage your body all over, and afterwards use a body
butter - it will make your skin more resilient!. Take you time and do
not try to lose too much weight in short time - then you will
certainly have excess of it, and will be able to fix it only with an

eat salads and exercise thats how i do it and have a treat now and then Www@Answer-Health@Com
