Question: Some exercises which will help me 5 kgs in half a month!?
Dont tell me a diet!. tell me some exercises i can do, please!. I only have half a month!.

You need a combination of good exercise and diet!.

Take a good breakfast & lunch (lots protein and go light on the carb), then go light on the dinner!.!. like a bowl of cereal plus 1 fruit!. Totally no carb at nite!. If you need to snack, try almond nuts!.

As for exercise, do cardio for 20mins (threadmills or stairmasters), follow by 3 sets of crunch (20 per set), then another 10 mins of cardio and another 3 sets of weights!. And finish off with another 10 mins of cardio!. Gotta do at least twice a week!.
