I'm 5'3 119lbs
I look on different sites but I get different answers! I need a guideline for my calorie intake!

It takes about a week or so to input everything- but this is the BEST site to see your food intake (calories, fat AND Nutrition) and you can input your activities and see the calories you burn ----
Like I said, it takes a little bit of dedication and put a blind eye to to the basic format- input stuff and set yourself up- and then you will benifit GREATLY health wise and you can enable yourself to burn more calories from the data! I am not sure how many YOU personally burn in a day!. On a lighter side, I found out that hitting my head against the wall burns 120 calories a minute!. LOL Funny what you can find out via the Internet isn't it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Without exercise, around 1400!. base it on that, and any exercise you do will come straight off you fat!.

Get a pedometer!. :) it counts your steps and if you get a good one it will tell you how many calories you've lost!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
