Question: How do i loose belly fat!?
I'm 112 pounds and i have a lil beer belly (just recently turned 21) I just want to target that area!. my belly!. what should i do to tone up!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you do push ups and sit ups remember to squeeze in your stomach and buttom and breathe in and out!.

A cardio workout is the best thing concentrate on your whole body and you will lose the weight on your stomach!.

Alcohol and junk food in moderation or not at all!.Eat fresh foods!.Join a gym!.

Yoga and walking are great and also relaxing!.

You have made the decision to lose weight all you have to do is get moving and measure yourself waist,hips,thighs and legs and weigh yourself write it in a diary and write down your goals and each month write down your new results!.
