When i went to China i pigged out for a month instead of gaining weight I lost s!


Question: When i went to China i pigged out for a month instead of gaining weight I lost some!?
I went to Shanghai, China and the food there was AMAZING!. I ate tons because it was so good!. I thought I'd gain like 5 pounds once I get back to the US but instead I LOST like 3 pounds!!!!
and I ate dumplings, greasy stuff, and more everyday!! But I never drank soda, or ate fast food (like KFC or McDonalds) there!.

So why have I lost weight instead of gaining some!?!?

Like mentioned before, it was because you were using so much energy sightseeing and walking!. if you are 140 lb and walking at 5mph, you lose around 100 calories/hour!. Now multiply that by how many hours you were touring around, that's a lot huh!?

It was also smart of you to avoid the fast food staples and pop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you were probably excersizing a lot, (by walking & sightseeing) but geez, thats cool!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I imagine with the sightseeing, etc!. you were probably getting in plenty of exercise!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
