Question: Someone please help, I want to get fit!!?
I'm not that fat,but somehow I've gained a lot of weight!.All my clothes aren't fitting as well!. I weigh 125 pounds, I look like I weigh so much more than that though!. I would like to lose the fat around my thighs (they look huge) the fat around my butt, and the fat around my belly!. My mom always says I should join sports teams and stuff to loose weight!.!.!. but I actually really hate sports,because I hate sweating in front of other people!. The only teams I try out for at school are the volleyball and badminton team!. Somebody please tell me a diet of what I should be eating everyday to be healthy, and how many calories I should be eating!. My friends eat way more than me, but they're all way skinnier than me!. I'm fourteen and I also don't like going for runs around my neighborhood!. I need exercises that I can do inside my house!. And I have a month to get fit! Thank you so much if you can help!!!
Could you also leave any other tips!. I know that I have to drink loads of water, and stay away from junk food and pop!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok ill keep it simple as possible as i could potentially say LOADS lol!.
ok type 'BMI calculator' into google and fill in you're weight and height etc, it will tell you where u stand on the health scale!.
Now nobody can change ur diet, all it comes down to is will power!. fruit is my best snack!. if i feel i need some chocolat i just ram some fruit or nuts in my mouth!. fish is also great!. i'd recomend completely avoiding foods witch have added sugar or fat (saturated fat)!.
you're fitness: the best thing is to fing a sport that you like, maybe one that ur friends do to!.
Just try and think as it all as being like a scale with food on one side and exersise on the other then you know it's leaning 'food' way then just take the dog a walk, go swimming!.!.!. you get my point!.

First off, I'm not trying to get you to buy anything!.!.!.lol!.!.!.I feel l need to say that when I recommend a product!. But a few months ago I was feeling the same way you are and I also don't like to workout in front of anyone!. Forget walking around the neighborhood or counting calories!.!.!.it's not for me!. You only live once and I will eat what I want! I'm 5'7" and weigh 132 lbs!. I like to think I look pretty good for a mother of 2! But I was feeling like my jeans were getting tight and I wanted to lose weight but I am also a recovering anorexic and losing weight isn't an option for me so I tried to find a way to tone up!. I bought p90x off the internet and it REALLY works GREAT!. You have to be committed to it!.!.!.I only did it for 2 weeks before I got the flu and then trailed away from it but in the first 2 weeks I could really see a difference!.!.and it made me feel great! It's a 12 week program and I did it without the nutrition section that it offers!. Try it out!.!.!.or at least check it out!.!.!.Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
