But you dranked a gallon!? Really!? Shoot, when I drink 2 cups; I get bloated already!. But you had Subway too; you must have one heck of an appetite!? I remember I ate a piece of fish and I washed it down with cold milk and about a half an hour later; I go see my friend and as soon as I was dapping him I threw all over by his shoes!. Nasty sight that was! lol

Could have possibly took in some air with that!. Air is the worse thing to have in your stomach because it is the hardest thing to get rid of ( at least for me), but done properly, a gallon of milk could easily be consumed quickly!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
