How far should I go with my weight lifting?!

Question: How far should I go with my weight lifting!?
I am fifteen, I am 5'11, and I am 135 pounds(yes, I am pretty skinny and some websites call me underweight even though I am not)!. I don't want to end up over 160 pounds or look huge or anything!.

I am bench pressing 65 pounds, doing bicep curls with 45 pounds, leg extensions with 25 pounds(that last part of the extension uses another muscle group), and leg curls with 35 pounds currently!. Where do you think I should stop at with each exercise!?

I have been doing it for two weeks so I have not started gaining muscle yet!. I plan on switching over to endurance in my exercises once I get to the right amount of weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dude!. First of all your are underweight!. I am 13, 5'7" & 130lbs!. I have a solid frame and I am normal for my height!. So you don't have to worry about getting too big!. (You won't reach 160 with muscle unless you body build or use gym candy!.) But it is good to have a some endurance!.

Your exercises look good if you are just trying to get bigger!. I would consider starting shoulder press though!. Stop a few reps before you feel fatigued and continue that amount for 2-4 sets!. You'll learn your body and limits after working out for a while!.

You won't start gaining muscle for 1 to 2 months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am 5'10 and 142 pounds and in the same boat!. I have been working out hard for the past two months doing double your weights and I have noticed that my muscles are growing but not to the point where I will be at 160 very soon, and if that should happen the muscle will be very compact so I wont look huge or anything!. I suggest going hard all the time if you want to get stronger and not worrying about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as you don't use steroids you have nothing to worry about as far as getting too big!. Keep increasing the weight as you make progress, your body will tell you when to stop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
