Weight is such a hard thing to judge!. You can't jut hop on a scale and find out you weigh X amount and are Y tall!.

People have different body figures, different builds and different bone structures!.

I know people who are 6 foot and weigh 240 who are almost all muscle and just physically 'big', I also know people who are 6 foot and weigh 180 and are all fat!.

Best way to judge is to look at yourself in a mirror, see what you like and/or dislike about your body and change from there!. The thing also though you are young, your body still has much growing to do - either height or muscle tones!. I really just wouldn't worry about weight at your age unless you notice significant traces of fat and such (which by your numbers, you are not fat!.)

Just eat healthy, stay active and don't worry about it right now! =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

At your age, I wouldn't worry about it too much!. At your height, you are a little heavier than an adult of the same specs should be!. But you're still growing!. I was a mean chubber when I was your age, but once I hit puberty, everything started to even out!. I'm by no strech skinny, of even fit, but I'm healthy!. I try to stay active a lot!. Keeping up with your cardio-vascular health is very important, so get out and run bike or swim!. DO NOT BECOME A COUCH POTATO!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are 12, It is never to early to live a healthy life style but give you self time to be a kid to!. Please I have a daughter and I am giving you the same advice i will give her when she is your age!. Don't try to grow up to fast because you can only be a kid once!. And when you an adult reality hits you and you wont be able to act like a kid anymore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's a little chubby for your height!. Try a little exercise like walking around the block for an hour or so!. It will make you feel good and lose a few pounds!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
