Question: Will this food help me loose weight!?
Please tell me if this will help me loose wieght as well as excersise of course!. This is what I eat in an average day!.!.!.!.
Breakfast: Banana
Lunch: Tuna salad (small tin of tuna,lettuce,tomatos,cucumber,onion and balsamic vinegar)
Dinner: Grilled vegetarian chicken style fillet, broccoli,carrots and spinach!.
Snacks:Grapes,yoghurt!.

i think you need to add more little snacks through out the day because the key to losing weight is to eat a bunch of little meals through out the day!.!.!.and id add a little bit to youre breakfast because a banana isnt much fuel for the start of your day id add some cereal (not the sugary stuff)Www@Answer-Health@Com
yes because it looks like you're consuming possibly less than a 1000 calories a day!. try the pen and paper diet since it is about tracking calorie consumption and it lets you eat the types of food you like and still lose weight!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Very good but add another piece of fruit and some nuts and seeds to your breakfast!. Add a morning snack at around 11am of something like rice crackers, a fat free yogurt!.
