Question: How to loose weight!.!!?
How can I loose weight!? I need to drop about 10 - 20 pounds!. I'm 14 years old!.

I was overweight at 14 and I have to tell you it's mostly just a stage and you will outgrow some of your baby fat that you have right now before you're 16!.
On the other hand, perhaps it's not too soon to start examining your diet!. Start keeping a food diary so you can see what you're eating and what you could do to include more fruits and veggies!. Stop drinking soda, drink water instead!. Water helps your digestion and keeps your body healthier!. Also, notice your portion sizes!. If you're eating 3 large pieces of pizza you should note that in your food diary!. Limit your intake of junk food such as fried chips, pizza, and other greasy things!. If you need a napkin to wipe your hands on when you're done eating it because of the grease, you probably shouldn't be eating it!.
Also, only eat when you're hungry!. If you feel hungry, drink a glass of water!. If you don't feel hungry again after that large glass of water, then you're really not hungry and should find something to occupy your time!.
Get up and move!. Just adding 15 mins of walking a day can help you lose weight!. Not a strolling walk, but walk like you have to be somewhere!. If you get bored, try talking on a cell phone or to a friend while you walk!. If you go grocery shopping with your parents, ask to push the cart!. It will help burn extra calories!.

14 is not too young to be interested in eating healthy foods and getting plenty of exercise!. But don't be obsessed with the amount of weight you want to lose!. A healthy amount of weight loss is only 1-2 pounds per week!. So spend 6 months eating healthier food, drinking fewer fancy coffees and colas and walk or jog 30 minutes a day , 5 times a week!.
