Hm!.!.!.well the best way to lose exercise is to do a lot of cardiovascular exercises like running!. If you run 4 miles a week and eat healthy, you're bound to lose weight again!. However, just be sure to keep healthy while doing so (don't skip out on a good meal, but don't load down the greasy fast foods either)!.
