If you want to stay slim there's only one way and that's to reduce your calories and up the exercise!.
For a quickie thing, well you're almost there already so eat all your carbs (cereal, bread, potatoes, pasta, rice) before 5pm and then any snacks you have after that should be protein and vitamin based (veg, prawns, eggs)!.
