Is this an ok plan for weight loss?!
Question: Is this an ok plan for weight loss!?
Ok I do exercise abotu 40 mins a day or jogging/running and every other day i do small arm weights, crunches, and squats but I wan to know if this eating plan is ok!. I will be eating mostly brown rice, veggies, fruis, egg whites, yogurt, nuts, turkey, tuna, etc!. No fast food or soda or sugar?
So is this a healthy eating habbit:
breakfast-7am-400 cals
snack-10:30am-50-75 cals
lunch-1:30pm-250-300 cals
snack-4pm-50-100 cals
dinner-7pm-300 cals
snack-830pm-50cals
This would total between 1100-1250 cals a day!. but is the pattern ok!? I know 830 is a little late but I dont know where to fit in another snack!.!.!.or should I just comepletely skip it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it sounds good to me but I would eat the whole egg because the protein is good for
