Question: Trying to exercise/lose weight with walking!?
I have been walking the last few days cause i want to lose a little weight!. I have a step counter and it says that I've been walking 4 miles on my morning walk, and than through out the day I walk another 2 1/2 miles just around the house!. how many miles should I really be walking in the morning!? Does the 2 1/2 miles really count, cause I'm cleaning when I'm walking those!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
