How can i stop aching quickly?
I'm quite unfit and i played some sport a couple of days ago. now i have a match tomorrow and i'm still aching all over. what's the best way to stop aching? i'm thinking resting, and a hot bath or something maybe? would this work? any other ideas?
Answers:
Take 2-3 aspirin then apply alternating hot and cold treatments to the area. This encourages an accelerated flow of blood to and from the muscle. End with a cold treatment.
Directly prior to your match apply heat and warm up thoroughly.
