What are some easy exercises to do while at the office?
I have a lot of down-time at work...and instead of twiddling my thumbs I'd like to be slightly more active. ;) Any suggestions would be great!

If you are on the phone a lot, this exercise will be great.
Pace while you talk, Get a cordless. Don't sit. Do your day's walking by pacing 10,000 steps.
If you are at the computer a lot, squeeze your buttock, tummy muscles while you are typing. Swing your legs if your chair and table allow you too.
Hmm, after all you are in the office, you can't be doing Star Jumps!! ;)
