Burnout is a common problem, and it seems like energy levels naturally fluctuate - it happens to me too and i can't find any particular reason why!. A good way to deal with this is to reorganize your routine to make it easier and more enjoyable, and then maybe work back up if it feels right!.
The most important thing to do is to cut back on the running, and vary your routine as much as possible!. Some people cycle through their routines with different routes - running short distances for several days, then running some intermediate distance for several more days, then running a longer or more challenging distance before taking a day or two off, and then start over again at the short distance!.
You could also just cut back on running a little and replace that time with stretching and pilates-type exercises; a treadmill, or any other activity that you might enjoy!. Vary things as much as possible!. Use good music or find a friend to join you!.
Another option is to do different exercise activities on different days - alternate between running and one or more activities such as bicycling, aerobics class, weight lifting, swimming, etc!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

running has become boring to you that's all it has become a chore instead of a game to you
I say you should do something else that involves running or jumping
that way you can have fun while running again =)
you can try allot of sports
like!.!.!.
basketball
football
soccer
swimming (well it does not involve running but it at least helps you train)
etc
you get the idea right
just find something else that involves runningWww@Answer-Health@Com
