Question: How many push ups should i do per day not to get totally jacked, but just a bit bigger!? Im 14!.!?

video demo of something like 20 different push up variations!. I would
recommend doing one set of 15-20 reps of 5 variations every day!.
Tip: keep your abs super tight when you do your push ups!. It really

pushups alone wont make you totally jacked!. Just do as many as you can 3-4 times a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you can do as meny as u want even 500 a day and u wont be jacked u will be really cut and lean tho!. weight liftin gets u jackedWww@Answer-Health@Com
