Question: I just read on flat bench press!.!.!.!?
"extend your grip out on the flat bench press to shift the emphasis to the lower pecs" does this mean wide grip on bench press will work out lower pecs more than inner grip!? i need a good workout for lower inner chest!.!.!.it doesnt seem to be to square in the middle like i want, any advice would be nice thankxWww@Answer-Health@Com

but try this close grip bench press hands 6 inches a part for 4 sets of 8-12 to nipples
flat dumbbell flyes 4 sets 8-12 reps
decline dumbbell press 4 sets 8-12 reps
