Which is better...........yoga then jump rope or...?
Should i do yoga then jump rope and/or run or jump rope and/or run then do yoga?

oh i'm not trying to lose weight i just like to stay active and in shape for sport seasons

It doesn't matter a whole lot. You'll burn the same amount of calories. Doing your cardio first will have your muscles very warmed up for the yoga, but I found running (more than any other cardio exercise I do) would make my legs tight and I have trouble getting fully into some yoga poses when I run, versus when I get my cardio from aerobics videos or other methods.
See what works for you...you may find you are too tired after your cardio to do yoga properly so it may be that doing it first and getting stretched out would be better for you, before you jump/run.
