Would this diet work?
If I eat 800-1000 calories a day. Drink 8 glasses of water every day. Eats lots of fruits and veggies. Do some sort of exersice atleast 20 miniutes a day for 1 month. Once I got to my weight goal, slowly go to a normal diet. Would this work for me to lose weight. I want to lose 20+ lbs in 1 month. Is it possible for me to do?
Answers:
1st off... 20 lbs in a month is not healthy... you should only be losing 2-3 per week!!
2nd off - the only thing cutting your calories back that much is going to do is make you binge after a couple of days!! water is good, fruits and veggies, goooood lean meats, beans, fish, nuts alll goooood, exercise goooood!!!
just don't over do it because you will be setting yourself up for failure and then it will just become that much harder
