How did i eat today on my diet?!
Question: How did i eat today on my diet!?
breakfast- 3/4 cup oatmeal with a little skim milk and a little amount of grapes
lunch- mandarian grilled chicken salad from wendy's with fat free french dressing!.!. the wedsite said it was only 450 calories (including the dressing i chose)
snack- apple
dinner- 1 peice of whole wheat bread with turkey, mustard, lettuce, tomato and a little cheese and a no fat yogurt
how many calories do you think that was!?
and was it healthy!?

You should not feel guilty!. How old are you!? To make your self feel better, do some exercises, like going for a jog, do 50-100 crunches, or streches!. It will take your mind off of food!.

Your good!! dont worry!. You NEED food to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight!. Your has to have something to work with, something substantial; not just friuts and veggies!.but protein and a little good fat!. Seriously!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

More like 1200 mininum if you do not exercise you ate around 1000!.!.!.BAD
Stop drinking milk/dairy because it is not good for you!.
Most importantly though you dont eat enough vegetables!.
Way more vegetables, try a stirfry!.
generally less processed studd iced tea is carcinogenic!.!.!.
gum has articial sweetner in it!.!.!.

It sounds like u ate about 800-1000 calories u need 1200 to be healthy but ur doing great u have alot of control over wat u eatWww@Answer-Health@Com
