Morning (3:30am) 1 apple, jog the the gym (1!.25 miles), do my strength training, walk back, go back to sleep for a few hours

When i wake up (12:00pm) another apple (unless i go out with the family for lunch in which case i 'll have something low fat high protein such as a turkey sandwich)

Dinner(4:00pm) salad with fat free dressing, lean meat, grilled chicken, or something of that nature!.

Stagger your workouts!. Over time, your body will get used the same routine and you lose less!.

I would defenitely snack more between meals and sleep less!. Also don't eat big meals but have a big healthy breakfast!.
