If i run every morning 4 2weeks will I have a flat stomach??
I have a plan to run a mile every day for 2 weeks and eat right and healthy...will I have a flat stomach by the end of the second week??

everyone is giving me great advice but I wanted to add just so it would not seem like all I am doing is running but I play softball and basketball and our coaches have us running and lifting weights with them to for 3 days every week... jus thought I would put that in there to see if doing what I have been doing plus the mile every morning would help bc its not a lot of fat on my stomach its just sticks out a little and I want it to not do that!! thanks again for your help!!!
