You are only 14, you really shouldn't be on a "diet", if you start messing with this now you have a much higher chance of gaining weight and it will be much more difficult to lose weight!. I know you want to but when you 20+ years old and always on a diet and have to watch how much you eat and drink life can be a real pain in the *** and at the end of each "diet" you will regain even more wieght and increase your chance of being obese!. (By all means cut out chocolate, crisps and sweets but not a complete food group)

What you need to do is eat healthily and exercise between 20-60 minutes per day!. Your body will adapt to the amount of exercise and food you eat which is why your weight loss has stopped/slowed down!.

The aim for any teenager is to learn healthy habits young and trust me if you do this properly you will eventually reach your ideal weight and shape!. You should should eat a varierty of foods and vary your exercise activities!.

Diets are not the way to go-healthly eating and exercise much safer bet in the long run!Www@Answer-Health@Com

My friend went to fat camp and lost 11 pounds the first week, after that she lost less and less weight until 3 weeks in, she didn't loose but half a pound a week if she was lucky!.

you start loosing a lot, then you stop!. you have to keep at it and keep up on a healthy diet as well as healthy exercise, then you'll slowly begin to loose weight!.

but I don't think you need to worry about loosing weight at your age, especially if you just want to loose a few pounds!.
my friend was almost 270lbs at 14, she needed it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's true that at your age you should focus more on eating healthy rather than dieting, you still have to develop and your body still burns calories much faster than!.!.!.mine, hehe!.(Remember boobies are almost 100% fat and this is the time for them to grow!) Have you had your period yet!? When you get closer to "those days" our bodies usually feel heavier and actually "weight more" but afterwards, they get back to their normal rhythm so, I don't know what kind of diet you are following, but you know that muscle weights more than just plain fluffy flesh, so you might weight more because your muscles are stronger now!. Try not excercising only eating healthy for a couple of days and see what the weight says!. But getting your muscles stronger is better than getting thinner!. Regards!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should give this product a shot!. It's called Acai Berry and it's new on the market, but already endorsed by people like Oprah! I just ordered a free 14-day trial from this site!.!. do it today! you won't regret it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're still growing, also the exercising promotes muscle growth which is heavier than fatWww@Answer-Health@Com

i was 170 half a yr ago now im 154 btw im a guyWww@Answer-Health@Com

when you started your diet you have obviously changed the way you eat prob lowering the amount of calories you consume while eating cleaner and healthier this was a good thing and you lost weight quick!. however and this is a fact the bigger you are the more calories you need to sustain your weight so my guess is that you have reached a point where you consume roughly the same amount as what you are burning (it was enough to lose weight when you were heavier)!.

this leaves you with 2 options and i would only recommend one, either further reduce you calories or slightly increase the intensity of your exercise i would recommend more exercise since you are only 14 and you are at a stage when the goodness in food is essential to your deveopment as a young women!.

also like someone mentioned you are 14 and your bodies going through alot right now and heres a few more facts for you!. estrogen (the female sex hormone) not only makes a woman a women but also helps store fat after all breast tissue is mainy fat but it also make the body retain alot of water which significantly increases your weight!. An example for you have you ever seen a man that doesnt look paticuarly masculine and is very skinny apart from a podgie belly and lovehandles more than likely you have, well this is because he has high estrogen levels from a man which feminise his apperance and make his body store more fat (both men and women produce male and female hormones)

at 14 young women produce lots of estrogen and paticulary before there period!. this is why some momen say they feel bloated meaning they are retaining large amounts of water!.

so overall i would suggest eat plenty of good food dnt worry about your hormones they will sort them self out in time and when you reach the point your weight loss stops slightly increase your workout (this could be run another 5 mins longer or take up a new sport it doesnt have to be drastic just enough to keep your body burning more fuel than you are consuming!.

hope ive helped and take careWww@Answer-Health@Com
