but, without exercising, i cant do it, not allowed. anyone have recipes for losing weight

Lemonade helps with flexibility, but not with weight loss other than it helps to fill your stomach so that you don't eat as much.
You just need to cut calories if you are not allowed to exercise. The easiest way is to cut your bread servings (includes potatoes, rice and pasta) to two servings a day. Have no more than 6 servings one day a week to add variability to your diet. This was the old Weight Watchers program and it is still very effective. Make sure you otherwise have enough protein and dairy and don't cut your fat too far back or you are just hungry all the time.
