Loosing weight?
I'm 17 years old and overweight.
I so badly want to loose weight, but my parents will not pay for any type of exercise equipment, wont take me to a nutritionist, or anything.
My mother & her side of the family is overweight, and my father's side is not.
What kind of diet and exercise should I try to do, since my parents wont buy exercise equipment?!???!!?

The good news is - you already have all the exercise equipment needed to lose weight! A circuit of crunches, push-ups, and jogging will put you on the path towards weight loss.
I know all of these things can be tough, but they're all doable. Walk briskly 30 minutes every day until you feel comfortable jogging.
Do just one or two push-ups every two to three days, increasing the quantity when you can.
Do 10-20 crunches three times a week.
Add these items onto a healthy diet (focus on whole grains, low fat milk, lots of fresh veggies, and lean cuts of meat [turkey, skinless chicken, and fish], and you'll be sure to lose weight.
