Good Ab exercises:
Hanging Leg raises (my personal fav)
Sit ups (on flat ground or an incline surface)
Crunches (weighted or not)
Side raises
Back
Lower back:
dead lifts / good mornings
weighted back extensions
Upper back:
lat pull downs
wide grip pull ups
rows
There are more out there these are a couple that i do.
