STRETCH...... You must hold the stretch for at least 20 seconds since muscle tissue does have a memory. Do not over stretch, stretch the muscle just until you feel the pull then hold it. Do this 2-3 times after you exercise. Also, make sure to breath deep as you stretch.You will notice that after doing this a few times there will be less aches and greater range. Ibuprofen is a great ache reducer to take along with the stretching.
