Some good work out advice?
i have lost 65 pounds but still have man boobs(lol) and i want ot get rid of these damn love handles.i know push ups help with the chest,but like how may do i need to do in a certain period in order to see results. any advice will be greatly thanked

That is a problem that many men have and hate, I am one of them. I work out on a daily basis, nearly 200 push-ups a day and I still have them. Some times it is not lifting and things like that you need to do to get rid of them. Usually love handles and chest problems are better taken care with cardio, swimming, biking, running. Hope this helps, Good luck. I know where you are coming from and it is hard work, I have seen a differance since I have starting biking.
