i notice after i work out my body shakes my arm and legs basically everything. why is that ? is it a good thing or a bad?

Thats very good, it means you did a good workout. If I were you, I'd make sure to up my protein intake to help the body build more muscle and recover faster. If you don't shake after a workout, you aren't pushing your body to its limits. Try a high protein shake after your workout to re-energize your body.
