don't count calories!. you'll get an eating disorder!. your a tall girl for 12!. when i was your age i was allot shorter!. your the perfect weight for your height! remember that!. if you obsess over your weight then you could eventually become anorexic, or bulimic, or end up with some other health problem!. girl your age are always growing and changing size, so if you gain a few pounds its okay, its part of life!. if your worried about your health then just eat healthy food, lots of fruits and veggies!. avoid eating tons of junk food!. until she is not hungry anymore!. girls that young shouldnt worry bout stuff like that!. eat right like veggies and fruits and good stuff like that!. it is important not to keep eatting after your not hungry anymore!. eat sweets and junk foods in moderation though!.

it depends on your wieght and your activitey level!. If you have a high intincity day you eat twice as many calories as you did on a rest day!. You should ask your docter!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
