I need to tone up?
I am 5'4, 120 lbs. I am not toned at all, definately because I'm lazy. I'm not looking to lose a lot of weight, I just want to tone my body. My stomach and arms especially. I already have the 'buh-bye arm' going on!! I don't have the transportation or money to hit the gym so what are some good excercises I can do when I have extra time? Like during commercials (not that I watch a lot of tv)

So a search for tricep excercises
French curls
Tricep kickbacks
and do them with hand weights. If you can't afford weights use water or sand filled containers or your body weight.
Learn bicep exercises as well for balance in the arm muscle development.
