Can anyone help me with Portion controls?!


Question: Can anyone help me with Portion controls!?
I've tried this whole portion control thing!. They say you can still eat what you want, just watch your portions!. When I do this I am still super hungry after wards!. Is this something my body just needs to get use to!?
I'm not fat either, I just want to lose like 10 lbs!. but I'm use to eating until I am full, and eating what I want!. I am also exercising!. Can anyone give me any advise on this!? I haven't really looked into it, I just heard about the size of the portions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could probably try eating slowly,and chewing you food for long enough this way you get to eat less within the same amount of time!.
Remember that nothing good comes without a price so hunger could be the price you have to pay to achieve what you want!.
