Question: Can you eat chocolate while being on a diet!? !?
Like can i eat a mini kit kat after lunch or 2 quality streets
and its part of my daily calorie intake!.!.!.

If you can do that then yes!. Depending on your personality some people would not cope with this and end up craving it again!. So unless you know for certain that you can strictly control the treat then it should be fine!. If you find yourself going back to your old habits then remove the treat!.
You can also use higher percentage cocoa chocolate!. I find 70% cocoa chocolate waaay too strong even though it's recommended, but a high percentage the better as there is less crap in it basically, less fat, less milk, less additives!. But you have to get used to the taste of it, but once you do you can have an unlimited amount as it is not very fatening and it is so strong that it is impossible to eat too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes you can! It's never good to make such an extreme change or diet that it will affect your lifestyle (chocolate every now and then) so much!. Same with everything in life! ex: You shouldnt go from spending $100 a day to a budget that only lets you spend $10 because its just not healthy even if its manageable!. You should never take stuff out of your diet, it makes you want ti more sore your more likely to binge!. Have your chocolate in moderation and you should be fine!.

Well, you can eat a little chocolate, but a Kit kat isn't chocolate, it's candy!. It probably has more sugar than actual cocoa!. Try some dark chocolate without any "extras"!. It's actually good for your health, and it won't damage your diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the best way to relieve cravings is to give them up completely!.

I think you should add a little in here or there to stop from binging when your cravings get so bad you can't contain them!.
Have the chocolate just watch the amount!.

Yes of course you can!. I was on weight watchers and ate chocolate all the time!. Never give up your favorite foods!. I lost 20 pounds and still included chocolate into my diet!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
