I Wanna Be SKINNY!?
I'm 160 pounds and I really want to loose a lot a weight without getting surgery or getting dieting pills. I want to get my wieght down to 110. PLEASE HELP!
I also don't want to go to weight loss classes.

That's probably gonna be difficult, you need to be very determind and strict on your diet.
1) eat 5 very small meals a day (healthy foods)-fruits/veggies
2) exercise 45 mins four or five times a week.
-running, biking, hiking, dance, yoga, boxing
3) watch what your eating, no sweets and watch the carbs. (bread and starchy foods)
4) I have heard that Jenny Craig works. Its only $20 and plus all the foods and stuff.
Look at a celebrities body that you wanna have for motivation. That's what i do sometimes. hahah Just keep your motivation high. The key is to not give up. =]
