Workout-getting fit?
I am 15 year old boy, that is 150 and 5'6. I have run 5 days in a row and i do 50 push ups, and ab workout every night. I havnt seen any changes in my body yet though. Right now my goal is to lose body fat( i have a little chubbyness on me) and then I want to weight train for football and wrestling. How long will It take before I see changes, and what else do I need to do?

The only suggestion that I know works is to do your workouts in the morning instead of at night. This is because if you exercise in the morning, you start up your metabolism earlier so your body burns more calories throughout the day. I hope all goes well for you!
