Whey protein powder, protein vanilla this, protein something or chocolate that!.

Soy flour, almond flour, almonds ground up, soy protein etc!.

isotote and that whatever and liquid drops and granulated this and brown sugar substitue that!.

OH MY!!!! IM GETTING A HEADACHE!!! , lolololol

You're right!. Like the Atkin's diet is all the bacon you want!. Yeah, right! My husband went on that and he did lose 15 pounds just eating meat and cheese!. The doc told him to get back to carbs as well as protein, and he gained it all right back!. lol (I told you so!) :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

All of what it looks like you are talking about are supplements!. In order to eat healthy, you do not have to purchase supplements!. For those who have difficulty in keeping up with the number of meals/ snacks that they are wanting to intake daily, these are taken as a matter of convenience!.

The other benefit that the protein shakes will have is for those that are trying to put on mass as your body has optimal feeding times both pre and post workout!. The type of protein is also very decisive on how to make your body more effecient when putting on mass!.

The is one bottom line note that don't completely realize though - all the supplements in the world will not make up for a poor diet (poor diet is relative to where you are in your goal)!. There are many excellent sources of complete proteins that can be eaten that are normal foods!.

My suggestion, from personal experience, is to buy regular food, but, do your own intake diary, in other words, as you eat, through the day, look at the contents of your meals and eat what your nutritionist tells you is a balanced meal for you, it's not that hard to do, if you want to maintain a health lifestyle!.!.
