Question: Will I Still Lose Muscle Mass!?
If I eat protein-enriched foods throughout the day, will I lose any muscle mass!? Will my body go into a catabolic state!?
For my 2nd meal I'm eating 2 baked potatoes and 1/3 cup of trail mix, which has 7 grams of protein, is that enough protein to keep me from losing any muscle mass!?
Of course, I am taking Whey throughout the day too after workout and in the morning, and Casein at nighttime!.
I'm not worried about my workout and all that, my question is, is this meal enough protein for my second meal to keep me from losing muscle mass!?

7 grams of protein in a meal is not enough!. If you are going 3 hours before and 3 hours after than that is 7 grams of protein in 6 hours!. You need more and from a good source of protein!. Baked potatoes and trail mix is not a good source!. Try chicken, fish, eggs, tuna, beef, or some other complete protein!.

That is where your whey protein comes in!. You will never get all the protein you need in meals alone!.!.!.!.that is the reason why you need to take protein!.!.!.!.!.if you are worried about the amount of protein in your meals, increase the protein in ake ( ex!. instead of 1 checken breast, have 1 1/2 ) or increase your servings of protein per shake, intead of 1 or 2 scoops go to 2 or 3 scoops!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
no dude perfectly fine u want a carb based meal like that just make sure u get adiquit protein for the day u wont lose muscle mass from that!.!.really just make sure u have a high protein meal before that one right when u wake up and after u have that one!.!.!.the next meal ull be okay if ur really worried make it 1 baked potato with melted cheese on top and a glass of milk on the side!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
