then do 5 sets of 20 crunches (just lifing your shoulders off the ground with your stomach muscles)
20 reverse crunches (your shoulders stay on the floor with your legs crossed in the air, as straight as you can, and push them up with your stomach (keep them in the air the whole set even if you want a rest!.))
stretch your arms above you and your legs out straight
the do 20 side crunches on each side!.

my advice if you want to lose weight i've been through that too and i lost lots of weight!.!.
1st you have to believe in yourself and know that when ever it gets worse the better the soloution would be
1st youu have to drink water as much as you can atleast 3liters a day/
2nd try no to eat carbs with protiens it isss totally wrong and hass lots off bad effects for those who gain easily!.
no diet pepsi only diet 7up or sprite bec the dark coke usually makes a billy!.
eat apple and lettuce as much as you can mostly every 4 hours to increase the body buring rate
and always avoide the tomatoes bec it slows ur body burning rate/

and try to walk on the same place for like 20 mins a day!
