How to work out my side abs?
yea i got good front abs but my side abs look kind of fat and i don't know how to exercise them. plz tell me how without equipment or with dumbels
Answers:
Lie on the floor with your knees bent, hands behind your head. Do sit-ups by lifting your right shoulder off the ground and reaching with your right elbow to your left knee, holding your ab muscles in. Repeat on the left side. You can do several on one side, then switch. Or you can alternate side to side. To make it a little more difficult, raise your knee as you're reaching toward it with your elbow.
