Should a 13 year old be doing a "power" workout?!


Question: Should a 13 year old be doing a "power" workout!?
I have been working out for a little bit stronger - gained 2 lbs!. Now i am trying to take my workout to the next level!!

This is straight from myfit!.ca

6-8 reps 4 sets - muscle mass
12-15 reps 3-4 sets - definition
1-3 reps 5 sets - power

I am wondering if i should do a power workout which obviously would require more weight!? Or should i try definition first, the muscle mass, then power!?

at your age id go for definition!. when u turn 15 or so then move up to power lifting or just do less reps more weightWww@Answer-Health@Com
