Question: Could eating too much fuit do more hurt than good (so to speak)!?
I would say that my eating habits are moderately healthy!. I eat about 2-3 pieces of fruit a day (ranging from peaches to nectarines to pears to apples)!. My question deals with the fact that fruits contain many sugars that are stored as fats!. Could eating this much fruit be worse for me, so to speak, if my ending goal is a trim, healthy body!? The sugars in fruit are mostly fructose and these sugars are OK and are not fattening!. Perhaps you should double your fruit intake!. Fruit helps to fill you up and is not fattening!. The calorie content of fruit is very low!.
