Is This A Good Method For Loosing Weight? Would It Work??
I am 17. And my height is 5'4 and weigh 105 lbs
I really desperatley wanna lose weight!
If I went to the gym and did'nt eat anything, and only drink water, would i lose weight! Or if I ate only a small amount off low fat food and drank loadsa water! Would any these work??

First of all you don't need to loose weight, but if your looking to be more fit, starving yourself is not the answer. Drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day is good but don't forget the food part! Eat healthy most of the time (about eighty percent of the time in a given week) and work out about 3-4 times a week for about 30-60 minutes. Within a month you'll notice that your body is more toned and will look awesome in a bathing suit! Good luck and don't keep on thinking your fat because your not!
