Question: Do u think this is a good Pilates Workout!?
Warm-up:
Basic Stretches

Abb Workout:
Crunches
Abb Building

Legs/Thinghs/Butt Workout:
Swings/Knee Swings
Open Close Legs
Lift then Close

Arm Workout:
Stretch n flex

Warm Down:
Basic Stretches

i think that is a good workout routine!.
you can also go online to find some more tips and advice that could really help you out a lot!. just make sure to do those basic stretches every time to keep your muscles loose! hope that helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
