Answers:
if you follow a healthy diet it's pretty hard to lose muscle mass!. when you stop lifting the first thing that happens is insulin sensitivity decreases in the muscle cell!. when this occurs less glycogen is stored in skeletal muscle and the muscles will shrink in size (atrophy)!. so it's not a loss of muscle mass but a loss of glycogen and water!. when you start back up training you should see a good increase of 7-10 lbs on the scale in the first couple of weeks just as this process is reversed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you def lost muscle mass!. probably a lot too!. the good news is that since your muscles have previously reached that capacity, it will not take as long as it did the first time to build them back up again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hahahahahahaha you probly lost LOTS of muscles and your bench could be as far down as 130 or so!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anything over like 2-4 weeks and you will decrease in strength/muscle mass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
